Heng Sieng company

Established in 1991 by the LY family,Heng Sieng is a family business based in the Lorraine region of France.

At that time its single germination chamber produced 1 tonne of fresh soya bean sprouts a day. Since then it has experienced major growth and today production is on an industrial scale at over 30 tonnes a day.

The company's equity is wholly owned by members of the family.
